The 8x12 unit comes standard with 8 wall windows - 6 fixed and 2 functional with screens PLUS quality Lexan Polycarbonate Greenhouse windows within the roof system.

Shipping and Delivery Info:		Usually ships in 2-3 weeks. This order ships on a pallet via ground carrier. The carrier will call and make arrangements for a delivery day and time. Estimated delivery time is 7-10 days from the time the order is shipped.

		Truck Freight - Curbside Delivery and Back of Truck: This product is shipped on one or more pallets and requires a large van or flat bed trailer to deliver it to you. The shipper will deliver your merchandise "curbside" or to the most convenient edge of your property. If there is a structure such as a bridge or culvert not rated for the weight of the delivery truck, the shipper will deliver to the safest and closest location possible which will be deemed "curbside" in these instances. Generally, the pallet(s) are delivered only to the back of the van, truck, or trailer and require you to move the product from the back of the truck to its final destination. If you require off-loading assistance, please select the Optional Liftgate Service below and we can arrange for the entire pallet to be lowered from the back of the truck to the ground and you can off-load the pieces at your convenience.
